We dry these by cutting almost in half lenthwise, (leave the skin uncut) and then do the same with each side so you have four wedges with the skin intact on the bottom. One more cut through the flesh only across all four wedges, and place it skin side down on the drying rack. Dries beautifully! Approx. 50 seeds per packet.
