Cell Phone Policy
At Sunshine Farm, we are committed to fostering an environment where individuals can fully engage in activities, learning, and community-building. For this reason, cell phone use is not permitted during scheduled activity times. This policy is in place to minimize distractions and help everyone focus on their tasks and interactions.
Permitted Cell Phone Use:
Cell phones may be used during:
• Lunchtime
• Personal time, when no scheduled activities are in progress
Expectations:
Participants are expected to keep their cell phones stored away during activity times. This includes group sessions, skill-building workshops, and any other scheduled programming. Individuals who need to make or receive an urgent call during activity time should notify staff in advance.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Repeated disregard of this policy may lead to discussions with staff and a review of individual participation agreements.
