Who We Are / Mission

Sunshine Farm is a Certified Organic family farm in Kelowna, BC, offering meaningful Community Inclusion opportunities for adults in the Community Living sector.
Our work is guided by a person-centred philosophy—honouring individual interests, choice, and self-respect.

We provide hands-on learning across a diverse range of activities including cooking, music, literacy, computers, woodworking, greenhouse work, equipment operation, seed collection, harvesting, packaging, and more. Learning happens everywhere on the farm: in the gardens, barns, greenhouses, shop, and kitchen.

These opportunities are funded by Community Living British Columbia and designed to support skill-building, purpose, and connection in an inclusive environment.

As a farm, we model sustainable, organic agriculture and promote local food production. We grow a carefully tended collection of certified organic seeds, uphold the Safe Seed Pledge, and advocate for biodiversity and regenerative practices.
